PRIME RoundTables© are a safe place for CEO’s to share issues and concerns, confront reality, learn and unlearn from others. Honesty and trust are the norm; absolute confidentiality is the foundation. “Nice” talk is avoided.
PRIME RoundTable© Format:
A PRIME RoundTable© meets for 2 full days, 3 times a year. Members are committed to attending every session. This consistency builds formidable chemistry.
Since the focus is to improve the performance of each member’s business, the agenda for each session is determined by members’ needs. Over the years, we’ve concluded that there are really only about 30 topics that any business really needs to focus on to drive higher levels of performance. Each time roundtable members return to one of these topics, they expand their understanding and drive implementation deeper and deeper.
Roundtable sessions are led by a Chair who is a master facilitator. Our Chairs were all highly successful C-level executives. The Chair’s role is to keep the pace moving, focus the conversation productively, and insures everyone gets heard. They also provide relevant concepts, methods and tools from inside and outside the industry at the teachable moment.
