Rapid Diagnosis and Action Planning:
Complacency and satisfaction with the status quo are telltale signs that organizational aging is well underway. This intense 2 day workshop will provide the “wake-up” call that legitimizes the need for change. We will help your entire management team agree on the key issues that require resolution as well as a high level action plan for resolving them while fostering an energized atmosphere of urgency, commitment, accountability, cooperation and teamwork.
Rapid Alignment:
In this fast-paced, highly interactive, 2-3 day working session, 8-12 leaders representing several levels of an organization seek up-to-date answers to seven questions which represent the fundamental building blocks of their enterprise:
1. How should we define our business?
2. What are our goals?
3. What strategies will ensure that we achieve these goals?
4. What is the optimum structure that will drive execution of these strategies?
5. What should be measured and reported?
6. How should performance and compensation be linked?
7. What are the attributes of the culture we need to succeed and the behaviors key leaders must demonstrate to support this climate?
These issues need to be addressed in a systematic way. If they are allowed to evolve independently misalignment will occur. Like a car with misaligned wheels, you can expect difficulties as each wheel moves in a somewhat different direction. Yes, you can drive the car, but it will take more energy, it will burn up more resources, and if you go too fast the whole thing will begin to shake.
In our Rapid Alignment workshop participants work together to answer each question in a way that supports and aligns with the previous question. The objective is to rapidly realign the strategic elements of the enterprise, in a way that will drive performance.

Sales are soft, revenues are below plan and the prospects for an immediate turnaround are not good. Everyone’s working hard but the results are just not there. This is the time to go mining for growth.
Mining for Growth is a fast-paced, highly interactive 1-2 day working session that immerses the collective brainpower of key leaders from across the organization in a systematic process designed to surface growth opportunities and increase revenue. Up to 20 people can participate.
The goal of the workshop is to produce action plans with clear accountability measurable deliverables and strong commitment to execute.
